Eligibility

Contact Support within 48 hours of purchase with a brief explanation of the technical issue. If we verify an internal error, compensation is issued promptly.

What Is NOT Covered

Compensation cannot be issued for:

• Failure to meet minimum system requirements
• Anti-virus software conflicts
• Actions or restrictions placed by external platforms
• General non-usage of an active license
